A Gallic Getaway

Cait smiled as she stood in the quarters of her Royal Suite on the Cannes Resort Station board. She would wear a beautiful red Evening Dress that would complement her figure and give her Curves the Right kind of help to shine. The Chairwoman of OS&C Hated Dresses; they were impractical, and she would more often than not stumble over her Legs while wearing one. The only benefit of this thing was that she didn't have to wear high heels as the Fabric of the Dress would Almost Reach down to the Floor. Cait would usually prefer some Pants or a Nice quality business suit. But she had no choice in this, at least not if she didn't want to risk the Wrath of her Wife. Stephanie Cross Fleischhauer was a Tall woman who would come close to what the Ancient Germans on old Earth would have described as a Valkyrie. She was 2.03 Meters Tall and had Long Blonde hair that would fall halfway down her back, her body was sporty like a soldier, but had natural Grace that Cait would credit to the years of Ballet Training that Steph had done as a Young Girl. While Cait was the Mighty Chairwoman of Orbital Spa and Cruise, there was one thing she feared: the Wrath of Stephanie. Of course, all of this was a Game between the two Lovebirds, and they would play this for a long while now. It was a back and forth of little Pranks and Cheeky acts, a mutual teasing like only true lovers can do. But Cait didn't want to upset her Wife tonight, she knew how much Steph loved it to see Cait in a Dress and how special these moments were. So for this one evening, she would pause the Game and do something that would make Stephanie Happy. She would wear a Dress and dance with her wife to some Romantic Music. Even when this Dress would kill her.

Stephanie was in the Second Room of the Royal Suite. She had chosen to wear a dress like Cait did, but hers was All Black with some Green accents that would give a hint ot her Origins in Rheinland. In comparison to Cait, she would wear some High heels, but only with a Flat Curve. She was already more Tall than her wife by around two heads, and she didn't want to Dwarf her wife, at least not more than she already did. Steph would put on some Light Makeup and then braid her long Blonde hair behind her head with a Green ribbon. Once she was ready for the evening, she would go over to the Second Room where Cait would still fight a Bit with her Dress. But as Steph would see her, she had to hold her breath. Cait was looking absolutely Beautifull.

Steph: Verdamt mein Herz. You look gorgeous, my Love. This dress looks as good on you as I imagined it. I can't believe that you hate to wear them when you look so good in one.

She said and smiled as she helped Cait with the last Steps in getting the dress Ready. Cait was thankful for the pair of Extra hands that would help her in the fight against this Red Monster that Steph had described as a Dress. She was already longing for the moment when she could get out of this thing. For her, was this like torture to be in a dress like this? Still, she would do this for her wife, and she knew how much Steph loved it when she could dance with her wife. And of course, she would not only wear this Dress for her wife, but it was also for the Show, to wear a dress like this that was made from the highest Quality Fabric and by the best Designers that Curacao had to offer.

Cait: You know how much I hate to wear a dress. I only do this for you, so be happy that I love you so much. sighs. Honestly, I don't understand why everyone is obsessed with me wearing Dresses to such occasions. I mean, I am the same woman in a Suit or just some Jeans and a T-shirt.

Steph would laugh and shake her head as she would take the hand of her wife and walk with her towards the Main Ballroom of the Resort. While the Resort itself looked nice and would give the Impression of Luxury and Decadence. But an Experienced eye like that of Cait and Steph could see that in some places the paint was peeling off or minor damage was not repaired. It was nothing that a Normal Guest would notice at first Glance, but it was something that she would order to be repaired as the first thing in the morning. This Resort would become the Crown Jewel of OS&C in Gallia, and Cait would make sure that the Place would become a Symbol of Pride for the Employees of the Station. Cait had read some of the Reviews about the Station that were written by both the guests and the Staff. Often, they would complain about the lack of Enthusiasm that the Employees would show during their work. And the Employees would complain that the work that they had once loved dearly became monotonous and dull. Some of the Employees had described that the Lack of Investment by the Company was one of the main forces that made them lose the Drive for excellence, and that this had, of course, impacted Guest happiness.

But all of this would be Problems for the Coming days. For tonight, she would be the Mighty Chairwoman who would soon give a Grand Speech. Cait knew that Steph would also make a list in her head with every deficiency. Steph would have an Arm wrapped around Cait´s hip and would hold her close and help her a bit not to stumble over her Dress. Soon they would reach the Main Ballroom, it was a place that was a Copy of a Ballroom that once existed in a Country called France on Old Earth. This Room would be kept as the Crown Jewel of the Resort, but it would be, of course, modernized and upgraded, but they would make sure to keep the Charm and Style of the Original room. Cait loved the Gallic Style and the Artistic Talent that they had. Where Sirians had often built Stations and Buildings just with more Function than Form in mind, the Galics had never made any Compromise and had built their stations with a Beauty in mind that Sirian Stations often lacked. Cannes was no exception in that tradition and was a beautiful Station that would combine Form and Function. Now it was almost time for her Speech. Steph would lead her wife onto a little Balcony from where they could overlook the people below who would enjoy the evening with a glass of wine and some snacks. The Lights would go out in the Ballroom once the Chairwoman steps onto the Balcony, and a Spotlight is pointed at her. She would have a Microphone in front of her and smiled friendly at the Crowd.

Cait: Ladies and Gentlemen, I am Caitlyn Cross, the Chairwoman of Orbital Spa and Cruise. I welcome you all to the takeover ceremony for the Cannes Resort Station. As the Leader of Orbital Spa and Cruise, I am Incredibly Proud to celebrate the first Grand Orbital Resort in Galia. Of course, we also have Riviera Resort in Orbit of Planet New Paris, but this Smaller Resort is more for Luxury and VIP Guests. But Canes will be a Resort for all people. We hope that with this station we can make our contribution to the construction of bridges between Galia and the rest of Sirius. Cannes Resort Station will be the Gateway for Sirians to explore the Wonders and Natural Beauty of Galia, and for the Citizens of Galia, it will be a Starting Point to explore Sirius as well. We hope that this can lead to both a Cultural Exchange and a better Understanding of each other. Galia was isolated for a long time, and we at Sirius had no known what we had missed. But now, after a Turbulent and sadly Tragic Start, we can begin again and start over. We at OS&C hope that the Opening of the Galic Market for Foreign Tourists will lead to a Better Understanding of the Great Houses that will hopefully bring a peaceful future for all of Humanity. Please enjoy the Beauty of Cannes during your stay, then after this Weekend, we will close the station for an Extensive Renovation and Refurbishment Project that will let the Station Return to its Old Glory. In this, we will work together with Gallic Architects and Engineers to let Cannes Shine again and to make it into the Lighthouse of Tourism and Beauty that is worthy to represent Gallia to its Guests. But this is a Dream of Tomorrow, today I want to invite you all to celebrate with the Takeover of Cannes with us. Please enjoy yourself and have a Wonderful Stay at Cannes Resort Station.

Once Cait had finished, she would hear Loud applause from the Guests below. Many of them clinked their glasses or applauded. The guests would have a great time, and soon the band would play some Soft and Romantic Music, and the Couples would start to dance with each other. And of course, Cait and Steph would soon join them. The Couple would dance romantically and slowly, and Cait would lay her head on Steph´s chest. The height Difference between them made it Easy for her to relax with her. The two Lovebirds would dance for hours and had fun with each other as the Ballroom would slowly get more and more Empty. In the end, they would be the last Couple that was still on the Dancefloor, and Cait would ask for their Favorite Song to have the Perfect end for a Wonderfull evening.
