This is a special global notification for retired officers and active officers. Due to increased enemy activity, the High Command implemented the "Phoenix" program. Retired or dismissed personnel can be restored to their previous rank and promoted to a new rank if they meet the requirements.


If you match the requirements, you can contact the nearest recruiting point. Or send a message to the High Command secretary.
In certain terms amnesty can be granted.
