I once told you, I'm not used to repeat myself, but here we are.
Zere are several reasons, why I insist to get docking access on your installation:

1. Your own behavior

You accepted a contract wiz ze Rheinland Polizei several monzs ago. Despite increased hints, focused on ze fulfillment of ze contract, I have not yet seen any progress in your work. I consider zis as subversive conduct. You also mentioned, you prioritize ze Tholey clean-up over Olpe, which is a bit suspect.

2. ALG behavior wizin Rheinland

We were contacted at Daumann Heavy Construction on regard of ze tampering of Rheinland infrastructure. DHC suffered monetary losses in zis regard. Herr Grimwald from Weiss Imperial Shipping confirmed zis incident. Zey also suffered losses. After Directorin Wolf contacted ALG and asked for an opposing point of view, zere was no answer. Afte she levied a fine, ALG replied wiz a rejection.

3. Securing ze Alsace Passage

As I already mentioned, we are now securing ze Rheinland-Gallia highway. Ze neutralization of any zreat from ze Red Hessian or ozer terrorist scum has top priority in zis context. I hope I don't have to remind you of why ze Altenburg is stationed in Cologne. It is monitoring ALG’s Wuppertal Refinery for suspected treachery and ohh look, we have anozer ALG installation, where ze Red Hessians once begun zeir attack in ze system.

Don't get me wrong, ze Rheinland Polizei is very interested in clearing ze wrecks from ze orbit of Planet Saarbrücken. We are currently considering, whezer it would make more sense to build a prison station in ze orbit of ze planet, in order to offer ze citizens entertainment. Ze reconstruction of Olpe is, zanks to you, very lengzy.

Now, would you be so keen and finally grant us docking access?
Ozerwise I'm forced to shoot a hole in your installation and search in ze debris for what I am looking for.
