The prior Maltese Codex of Interstellar Law has been amended. All mentions of the term 'Maltese' with respect to government aspects or specifics have been superceded by the term 'Liparian' and 'Lipari'. Changes relating to the specific laws and directives of the Codex shall be listed as follows.

'Republic Space/Lipari Space' has now been classified to include any system considered Core Lipari Space or Liparian Border Space.

The systems of Madrid (O-Alpha) and Barcelona (O-Beta) are no longer considered Core Lipari Space.
The 5km exclusion zone around anomalies leading to Core Lipari space now consist of all entries to Eolie (Tau-44) and Llivia (Tau-37) within applicable adjacent systems.

The systems of Edinburgh (Tau-137) and Baffin (Tau-95) are now considered Liparian Border Space as part of the Tau Sector.

The system of Baffin (Tau-95) is no longer considered Lipari Outer Border space.

Golden Chrysanthemums and Blood Dragons have been added.
Vessels of Kusari-based commercial firms have been removed.
Additionally, the Hellfire Legion and Independent Maltese Entities have been removed.

This statute has been added to facilitate the speedy removal of hostile alien lifeforms from Lipari Space.

The IRMM, National Council, and Crimson Cross have been replaced with Nationalist Elements of Malta.
