Zis an upgrade of my previous request to import inmates as workforce from Gallia. During ze request, we had a meeting wizin Cologne - one of Rheinlands systems of questionable jurisdiction; it was invaded by Red hessian forces decades ago; during ze time of ze Republik. Ze civil war didn't help ze conflict wiz ze hessians neizer. As result of zeir attack, our border station Olpe was destroyed. An half year ago, I contracted ze owner of ze Koepchen Depot in Stuttgart to remove ze remains of ze Olpe wreck.

I gave ze Marshal my promise, ze Rheinland Polizei will secure ze Rheinland part of ze Alsace passage; and we will find ze remaining hessian forces wizin ze system. Since Direktorin Wolf granted me access of ze Chemnitz, ze time has come to keep zat promise. Unfortunately, I did not see any progress regarding Olpe. And since ze owner of ze Koepchen Depot has also an installation wizin Cologne, I've stick to Rheinlands way of dealing wiz a refusal to work. As my request of docking access to ze Koepchen Schmelzanlage in Cologne was denied, I gave ze owner 24h to overzink ze decission. He did not reply.

As our relations towards ALG is currently a bit stressed, since zey dared to damage Rheinland infrastructure wizin our capital system, my cruiser is currently solving zis small problem, but we ran out of ammo for ze moment. As soon as ze kaiserliche Versorgungsschiff Wettin arrives wiz more supplies and munition at ze Altenburg, I will continue enforcing ze empires will.

I also got a message from ze Spandau Prison in New-Berlin. Ze Marinenachrichtendienst finally managed to bring a set of new warden to our New-Berlin installation. As zis is now a operational prison station, I ordered ze reward for Red Hessian to double temporary. I hope zis will help drawing more attention towards ze securing of ze Alsace passage.
