Tell us your story. I lived nearly my entire life on Malta. From when I was young, all I remember is fighting. Fighting for food, fighting to get stronger, and fighting to survive. My parents died early. They were both Cardamine smugglers, and died due to some accident. I can't even remember their faces. I was the only son, and with no other family, I became an orphan trying to survive. I was running out of luck until I met Toni.
Toni was an old man, but still skillful enough to trounce me good. Used to be a really good pilot apparently. He taught me everything I know about our history, piloting, and fighting; though he often told me I had no talent for flying. Old man was right. I never admitted to it though. Bitter and frustrated, I stubbornly kept at it. Probably spent an unfathomable amount of time in the simulator than I care to admit. At the very least, now I can hold my own in a dogfight.
After turning 19, I managed to get my first win on Toni in the simulator. To be honest, I think he let me win, but it could be his age catching up. Next time, I'll get a genuine win. As a reward, I inherited his old Sabre. Old thing was outdated and dusty as hell, but surprisingly reliable. The Rapier model just doesn't compare. After updating it's firmware, and making some personal adjustments, I set out to work.
Now we are at present time. It's been four years of escorting Cardamine convoys, beating up Corsairs, Bounty Hunters, IMG, and House law enforcement, and getting beat up. Almost died a few times too. During that time, I've flown through the Omicrons, Sigmas, Taus, Kusari, Liberty, and Bretonia space. I even learned more about our enemies. Seems you can find all sorts of cowards out there. It's been fun and all, but I felt a lack of personal direction. I felt I could achieve more, and accomplish more than where I currently am. As luck would have it, I found this channel.
Why do you wish to join La Famiglia di Medici? I see an opportunity for mutual growth. If I want to truly surpass the old man, and make meaningful contribution to our people, then joining this famiglia will be the best opportunity I can get.
Name the two Systems of upmost importance for us to control, and why. You should have read this when looking us up. Tau-23 and Tau-37. Securing these two systems will allow the establishment of secure Cardamine supply lines into Bretonia and Kusari.

Do you prefer RP, PvP, Smuggling/Hauling, or something else? RP and PVP. As long as it's fun I don't mind doing anything, but these two I want to improve the most.
