As a military-industrial complex under the jurisdiction of Planet Tangier, North War Industries has never been directly involved in the Central Committee's decision-making processes. Since our founding, NWI's mission has always been to safeguard the fundamental interests of the people of Tangier, with no intention of pursuing political influence.

In Omega-48, we established the Jiangnan Shipyard and its affiliated orbital stations, serving a dual purpose:
Providing a portion of Tangier's food supply.
Continuously manufacturing arms and equipment to reinforce our fleet.

All these efforts are dedicated to countering our greatest adversary—the Corsairs. For years, the Central Committee has provided Tangier with substantial support. The People's Fleet and NWI's armed forces have persistently repelled Corsair raids on Tangier, while a steady flow of military scrap has been sent to Jiangnan Shipyard for recycling.

However, recent developments have altered this dynamic. The near-total withdrawal of the Central Military Commission's fleets to Omega-52 has severely hampered recent operations against the Corsairs and Rheinland forces. Subsequent intelligence confirming a coup d'état within High Command has complicated matters further. While NWI maintains neutrality regarding internal Party disputes, we categorically reject armed insurrection as a legitimate means of political resolution.

Our longstanding liaison, Colonel Vladimir Biryukov – critically wounded and now detained under your so-called "new government" – who symbolized the trust between our organizations. His current predicament, along with the Sirius Coalition Council's unconstitutional seizure of power without convening the National People's Congress, has rightfully eroded Tangier's confidence in your administration's legitimacy. The facts are clear: Without convening the National People's Congress, the Sirius Coalition Council (SCC) unilaterally seized control of the Coalition High Command, establishing a de facto military junta—a blatant violation of the Constitution and the principles of people's democracy.

Now, you demand that NWI, CIS, and Sabers submit to SCC's authority.

Let me state unequivocally: This will never happen. We will never recognize the leadership of a counter-revolutionary clique.
Effective immediately upon this transmission, neither North War Industries nor the Tangier Local Armed Forces will recognize or comply with any orders originating from Omega-52. This stance shall remain in force until the National People's Congress is convened and elects a new, legitimate government.
