«While trawling the playerlist for lower-skilled PVPers to /l1 /2, logging off, and then deleting the ship afterwards is not otherwise a violation of engagement rules» - here, the administrator explicitly states that this is not a violation of the server rules. But, referring to the fact that they do not like it, punishes the player for the absence of the violation itself. In my opinion, and according to legal canons, this is a clear bias and abuse of his powers as an administrator.
