If this is the reason for 1.1 here - which, I hope, is not the case - it is straight up ridiculous.
Admins and whoever has access to the console have used and will use it against players if they say anything against the rules within group or private chats even without them being reported, even when they are speaking amongst friends or to a friend. A blatant breach of privacy.
