In accordance with Section II, Article II, Subsection 6 of the Constitution of the Republic, the President has authorized Executive Order 57, temporarily suspending the authority and duties of the Department of Civil Development, pending further review by the Congregation.
All authority and duties shall, until such review, be conducted by the Department of Education and other agencies where necessary.
Additionally, the appointments of Alexander William Bayner as Secretary of Foreign Affairs, and Rosaline Bourcier as Secretary of Commerce are hereby made official to their respective positions.
