I really doubt there was a report. And if it was somewhere, it was written by the admin.

Anyway, you need to learn to write offensive things in RP so it looks like RP.
Like "Hey you, bloody moron, get some brain in that addicted head of yours, will ya?" as a Corsair to an Outcast is not insulting, not to me at least.
But something like "Get lost you f****ng piece of crap I hate your guts* etc might be considered as a RL swearing.

You might have wanted it to be in RP, but I suppose it didn't look like that.
