CAMPAIGN . . .//>»DUBLIN HARVEST
LOCATION . . .//>»DUBLIN SYSTEM
OBJECTIVE . . ..//>»SCAVENGE AND DELIVER
We did what we could in Dublin. Bretonia faced a lot more resistance than what they bargained for. Our interests north of this decrepit House remain protected -- better yet, I received word from a friend flying with Stockton's Raiders that all this chaos allowed them to get away with a few stunts of their own.
So far we've racked up a staggering amount of 46,500 Gold waiting to be collected from the Mollys, as well as building up a stronger alibi for our other activities in the region. As conflict raged on across the system, the Salvage Team made of Tixtla, Guerteltier and Noth-21 collected various goods:
- 6221 units of Military Salvage
- 4000 units of Consumer Goods
- 1980 units of Light Arms
- 788 units of Black Market Munitions
This was not everything. Eleven has confirmed the appropriation of several semi-functional ship wrecks. While not great in number, they're as fresh as they're going to get and no Junker managed to get to them before us. All of them have been arranged to reach Stockton Depot, just like the miscellaneous cargo we 'found' lying around in Dublin.
This is where good news end and more grim topics begin to take root. While successful in our campaign, we had to spend a great deal to maintain our ships -- and when credits became a problem at an individual level, we improvised. I don't need to explain why that is a bad thing. Ultimately, this has cost us Kasimir - some of you know it as the Oder-class Gunboat flown by Twenty-Five and his crew. There are only so many spur-of-the-moment repairs we can make until a ship inevitably loses its efficiency and becomes a hindrance. Funerary rites will be conducted on Kaarst Drydock at 1900 hours on Thursday next week. Take this time to grant old Kas' the respect he is owed -- you can find buckets of white paint in the local quarters.
I wish losses would end here, but they don't. Nine has also left us. During one of the many engagements in the Dublin System, they and Eleven bit more than they could chew and ended up in a fight with less than favorable odds. Both Cutlasses have been destroyed and now serve as part of the system's decor. While our ex-hessian made it out with the help of our salvage team, Nine wasn't so lucky. Their escape pod never managed to escape the bomber's mangled innards -- the pod was found impaled by various scrap remains. Same place, same hour alongside Kasimir. Do not be late.
This campaign is coming to an end and with it our participation in Bretonia's affairs. Our brethren on Stockton Depot can rest a bit easier now. There is much work left to do in the Omega Sector, so I'll ask that some of you will take residence in Omega-58 and assist Kaarst Drydock's alchemists with their research.
