Question regarding event points:
Let's say the Mrs. and I are on our Gaelic.Wyvern.Inn and Innkeep.Ozei characters. We interact with Alcohol Runner #1; spend a good 20-30 min interacting, and each accept 10 units of event alcohol a piece. Runner #1 then departs, leaving us either alone again or still chatting with a non-event participant.

Along comes Runner #2 several minutes later, trying to do the same thing as Runner #1. As this is a separate encounter. Will we still be able to count as 1 point a piece, for Runner #2, provided they are a separate player?

Those will count as two different encounters and will warrant points for both players, yes.
