Ladies and Getlemen OS&C Proudly Prsents the Winners of this Years OS&C Film Festival. We thank all contestants who handed in a Movie for Review. The OS&C Staff and the Movie Commission have watched all the movies, and we were both impressed and entertained by the entries this year. The movies were so good that we actually have More than just 3 Winners. Due to the High Quality of all Movies, we have decided to also financially support the artists who did not make it into the top 3. These Artists will receive a Payment of 100.000 Credits to promote the arts and encourage them to continue producing films. We have also decided to add the Movies that are in 4th Place together with the Winners to the OS&C Streaming Service SPAFLIX. Like this, every one of our Guests can watch these Movies and enjoy them. Of course, we will pay the usual Royalties to the Creators of the Movies. We would like to ask the Creators of the Movies to respond to this Announcement or to contact OS&C over another Channel so we can facilitate the Payout of the Prize Money.

For Transparency Reasons, I want to explain the voting system. The Vote was held on the OS&C Discord. Every Member of the OS&C Faction had one Vote per movie that they could give or not. In the end, every Vote was counted, and the Movie with the most Votes in the form of thumbs-up emojis was declared the Winner. As we had several Movies that scored the Same number of Votes, we decided to allow Multiple First, Second, and Third Places. All winners will be paid the Promised Amount of Money. There will be no Reduction in the Amount of Credits you win due to Multiple Winners in the Same Place, we will increase the Prize Pool. We congratulate the Winners and all Participants and hope you will Return Next Year for the next Round of the OS&C Film Festival.
