Libertonian dream---Based on the American Dream
Green Dragon---Oriental style name, green after Rayquaza, a pokemon (though in universe it would not be the exact origin)
Le Basque---Based on the Basque people in France and Spain (Gallic Freelancer)
Freethinker---Freelancers are not associated with any major groups, the see themselves as free thinkers
Mongol---Based on Mongolia, more specifically the medieval hordes, who were nomadic. I am NOT saying that the ship flying with the name is infected, but it's kind of a cool reference
