Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Unfortunately, the evidence provided in this report is flimsy even by our standards. However, the appearance of the Nomad form known as Entity in Ontario is concerning, as is the presence of C.White, who has very recently become a person of interest to us. I would like you to instruct your patrols to keep an eye out for this person and have any reports of their sighting in and around Ontario forwarded directly to our liaison on Fort Ramsey.

As for the Technocrat and the Nomad creatures, I'm sure you know what to do with them.
