Well, this is what a professional approach looks like. Kudos, buddy.
To follow up on your ideas, allow me to drop some thoughts:
- while it is good to consider each VR in particular, try not to overthink it. This will eventually lead to bias ideas brewing, and you can't really counter them with integrity assurances, as you guys are doing so far. You need to drop facts;
- while it's good to welcome new staff, consider revoking some as well. Feels like once you get the role, it's yours for eternity, unless you voluntarily resign. Refreshing the staff can increase your overall confidence;
- about your encouragement to file VRs, well, I'm sure people do, but as mentioned above, only partial effects are visible;
- about Petitioner, I also can't speak on behalf of others, but the least you guys can do is to ask him kindly to rework his vocabulary, or refrain from posting staff topics himself. I'm sure that a solid approach, like yours for example, will lead to less resentment from the offenders or other non involved witnesses like myself.
Cheers for your time, buddy! Looking forward to better days.
