Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Jonathan Cayran, representative of Phoenix, a Zoner community operating deep within the Omicron regions.

Our primary focus is the exportation of Iridium, a rare and valuable resource sourced from the edge of known space. Our trade routes occasionally lead us through, or in Kusari space, and as such, maintaining transparency with your administration is a priority.

In addition, we are actively engaged in a conflict with one of Kusari's adversaries in the sigma—the Corsairs. I am pleased to report that recent joint efforts with the Core have borne fruit:

The destruction of a Corsair stronghold involved in Xeno Relic processing marks a significant strategic victory. We trust this setback has diminished the presence of Xeno Relic within or near Kusari territory.

Now, regarding the matter at hand:
In response to escalating hostilities and the growing perils of the Omicrons, we have replaced the traditional Zoner "Whale" transports with a reinforced trade fleet. These vessels are equipped with advanced systems, some of which may licensing under Kusari law. Even if some components do not formally require registration, we believe it prudent to report them to avoid future misunderstandings.

These systems will not be used within Kusari sovereign space, unless under extraordinary circumstances and with full cooperation. They will remain powered down while transiting your territory, and our crews are instructed to comply fully with any inspection or customs protocol.

Their sole purpose is to ensure survivability and operational integrity of our convoys as they traverse unstable and hostile areas in the Edge Worlds, particularly given the renewed threat posed by the Corsairs.
