I sincerely apologize for my recent absence. I need to inform you about some developments within our community - due to recent events - Mr. Cayran, a close friend of mine, has assumed leadership. But don’t be confused by this change - you can trust him if you need anything from us, or feel free to contact me directly. At present, I’ve had to dedicate myself fully to strengthening the Lyra Defense Wing - a primary key of our security triad, where Vega plays a significant role in pair with the Hyperion.

Since our one-on-one meeting, the situation has worsened: the Corsairs remembered their old ways - smelling easy profit after the events at Freeport 9 - and continue to threaten our operations. As someone highly familiar with all Vega systems, I took personal control of this project to motivate our engineers further and ensure timely completion. This decision has already paid off; we’re now several weeks ahead of schedule, and with the first armor deliveries completed, we will immediately begin installation. Although the Corsairs will try their best to disrupt our trade operations, our analysts have assessed the risks and - together with Core - we achieved a decisive victory in the Omicron Delta. As a result, we now have fewer concerns regarding the operation of the Mining subdivision.

I also have a suggestion regarding stabilizing our mining operations: after many years of Athens Station’s existence, we are finally prepared to invest additional funds into its development - resources freed up since Kadesh Orbital City was completed and delivered. Due to the current heightened geopolitical tensions, we want to further secure Athens Station and ask you to produce additional armor panels for it as well. No new drawings are needed -it’s a standard Abbey/Clinton-type station that charges accordingly. I assume you still have leftover materials for this purpose. All manufacturing and shipping costs will be covered by us. If you happen to have any spare freight vessels available, we would be glad to utilize them in this mission.
