Any attack by anyone against him will be classed as an attack against the phantom empire, this is your only warning."

**The voice stops and then normal broadcasting is resumed**

I've spoken to toxin and to other players.

I've also been lied to about what he has supposedly done.

Until I am shown proof he has broken any rules anyone attacking him will find every phantom with orders to hunt and kill them REPEATEDLY, without breaking the server rules (naturally).
