As many of you hombres may have noticed, the Xeno Relic trade has exploded almost overnight. Demand is through the roof in Kusari, and our invaluable allies the Hogosha are shipping artifacts out at an incredible pace. Such that, the Council of Elders have authorised the construction of a new base, to help facilitate this trade. Roupeli Outpost has been commissioned, in cooperation with the Deterance. This base will allows to exert more control, and export more artifacts from alien structures and ruins in the deeper Omicron systems.
The base's design is fairly simple currently- an old supply depot for Delos was used as the core of the structure, and a protoype hydsroics bay was added, using a trimmed down design of the one on Puerto del Sol. This will be an interesting insight in how to grow food for our crew in a hostile enviroment, which would help many of our more permanent installations. Currently, there is little more to the base than that hydroponics and some storage, though further upgrades will be considered as the base ages.
Addditionally, we beleive the Core are ramping up their own artifact extraction and sales business, which is a direct attack on our economy. This cannot be allowed to continue. Any soldatos spare should head over to Cuitedella or Freeport 9 and hunt down any gringo's hauling artifacts not from El Imperio.
