To the Honourable Representatives of Her Majesty's Government,

With due respect and in accordance with the laws and sovereignty of the Kingdom of Bretonia, we submit this formal request for immediate action against the Independent Miners Guild (IMG) following a deliberate and unprovoked act of hostile aggression against a lawful Bretonian corporation within sovereign space.

Yesterday, a BMF-registered transport vessel operating within Bretonian House space was interdicted, fired upon, and destroyed by IMG-affiliated combat units.
The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of the Crown, violating not only Bretonian territorial integrity but also every standing agreement concerning neutral conduct within House borders.

We hereby provide the enclosed evidence package:

We believe this to be a direct attack against Bretonia’s industrial sovereignty.
IMG has long enjoyed tolerance while provoking BMF operations outside of House authority, operating aggressively in the Taus, Omegas, and border regions.
But this incident marks a clear escalation into open hostility within the Kingdom's borders.

We respectfully request the following actions:

-Official designation of the IMG as hostile to the Bretonian Crown.

-Revocation of any IMG rights or licenses to operate within Bretonia.

-Authorization for BMF and/or the Bretonian Armed Forces to seize IMG assets within Bretonian space, particularly South Shields Refinery.

-Public condemnation of IMG aggression and notice to other Houses regarding their destabilizing actions .

South Shields Refinery, while technically operated by IMG, has long been a strategic asset within the heart of Newcastle.
IMG’s presence there is not merely commercial — it is a Trojan horse: a foothold for a foreign-aligned, unaccountable paramilitary group profiting over the corpses of Bretonian brethren, under the guise of neutrality.

IMG is a loose cannon, its dangerous, ideologically unaligned with Bretonia, and now openly hostile.
They are not allies. They are intruders.

BMF stands ready to work with Her Majesty’s Armed Forces to reclaim and repurpose South Shields Refinery under Bretonian authority and BMF to restore order to this critical facility. We will ensure that its future operation serves Bretonia’s security and economic strength, not the ambition of an opportunistic syndicate.

Furthermore, effective immediately, all IMG vessels are to be considered hostile by BMF personnel. We have issued standing instructions to treat IMG ships as armed threats, and while we will not direct our employees to instigate violence, we will not inhibit their right to preserve their lives should they be provoked or endangered.

We will not stand idle. We will not allow the enemies of the Crown to masquerade as partners within our House.

We trust the Government will recognize the urgency of this matter and stand with us in ensuring Bretonia remains sovereign — in word, deed, and orbit.
