Commander,

Following your admission of having granted Dr. Thorn access to the Sudbury anomaly, we have been observing her. Warlock had to extricate her from a highly dangerous situation involving the Nomad form Entity - whom you yourself reported has been recently spotted in Ontario. It is probable that whatever occurred between her and Entity is connected to the Sudbury anomaly. Keeping her alive was therefore a necessity, and bringing her to Fort Ramsey was Warlock's only viable option. Or would you rather have your own researcher be killed by the Nomads - or worse, be compromised?

Section 8 will learn what new scheme Entity is pursuing and how Sudbury and the Sentinels are involved. What we learn will be shared with you, as it has been in the past. Remind your people that their newly founded nation is at the center of these developments, and that it would be unwise to terminate our partnership - and lose access to our expertise - at a time like this.
