Respected Elders and Commanders of the Corsairs High Command,

Mr, Francisco, Your concern is rather genuine considering your position surrounded by so many enemies. And as a wise gentleman once said, "You should never trust a businessman", but also as a businessman let me assure you that what we seek is nothing but a chance to promote our existence amongst the "People" of the Omicrons and no matter how we look at it our Board of Directors believe that this Tournament will be a perfect floor for us to improve our relationships among the citizens.

We approached your elders with a view of mutual understanding where we both might get what we desire, i.e

1. Space Port will be recognized among the denizens of Omicrons
2. The Corsairs will get an opportunity to learn what they are up against in their territory so their youth can prepare themselves for future wars.

The view seen by our directors is beyond the ongoing wars of the Omicrons, so despite your decision regarding this our Directors have decided to take other approaches to make our desire met. Due to my relations with the Corsairs and their Previous executors I believed I was entitled to approach you with this profitable deal before any other faction is approached.

Now that things are clear, I will leave the Ball in your side of the court and await for your preferable Response.
