Good morning, Gentlemen. Today I have for you a business endeavor which I hope you'll find agreeable.

There's a large scrap metal debris field surround the Sarawak wreck, nearby planet Mindanao, which we've recently been prospecting. Our samples show this area is not only rich in scrap metal, but also potentially salvageable ship parts. We'd very much like the opportunity to tidy it up a bit, and provide the sector with a more abundant supply of recycled materials as a result. No weapons platforms are currently planned, but could be constructed if Cratyer Republic so desires, in order to help deter the presence of any Gallic sympathizers in the system. In the future, it may even be possible to repair and re-pressurize some of the moderately damaged sections of the former Sarawak station itself. Of course the Crayter Republic would be offered a premium stake in such an operation. That's all of course further down the line, so for now we'll get down to brass tacks:

There's one small complication, however. Due to a miscommunication between the construction teams, construction of the base has already begun , though it is not yet operational.

I am of course willing to pay a premium on top of the normal registration fee, to apologize for this inconvenience.
