Commander,

It would seem that rescuing Dr. Thorn has already paid off. She has sent us a data package - comms logs of an encounter with what we assume is a legionnaire of the so called Task Force Prometheus. Section 8 has been harboring concerns about this group's association with the Technocracy for some time, and this intelligence proves our concerns well-founded. If the source's claims are true - and we currently have no reason to assume them not to be -, then Task Force Prometheus, like their Technocrat sponsors, is compromised. While the extent of this compromisation cannot be ascertained through this intelligence alone, this hardly matters in regards to how the organization is to be treated.

Task Force Prometheus, like the Technocrats, is siding with the Nomads. They are a threat to humanity and are to be engaged with extreme prejudice. Contact is to be minimized in order to prevent infiltration or indoctrination of your own forces.
