I am well aware of the Baffin system, having enjoyed the local Zoners hospitality myself a few years ago.
It is a most suitable location for discussions such as we will enjoy shortly.

My delegation is considerably smaller than you might expect, just myself and my secretary. The technical staff of the Kudokuten, the vessel of choice for our journey, will stay behind aboard the Pelican-class and await our return. So please don't lose yourself in extravagancy whilst organizing any catering, a few small refreshments are more than sufficient.

We are currently on Planet Kyushu and would depart to meet up with your vessel upon your discretion.
