New options menu for things that could not be configured before. I will add more settings but this is what it looks like now. Things left to add still:
Default State for autoroll
Refresh Rate of windows
Auto-select MP Lan/Internet (bypass ESRB)
Remove brackets of non-targets
LOD Multiplier
Color of new / departing player messages
Toggle new player messages
Toggle departing player messages
Screenshake when hull hit
Screenshake when shield hit
Toggle all chat messages
