It has been some time since we last spoke. I hope you fare well, old friend. Sadly, there is no time to catch up with the rising tensions between Liberty and Kusari.

I respectfully request information the Fourty-Sixth may have about the current conflict with Kusari. Seemingly, someone must have escalated it. Kusari seemingly wishes for a war with Liberty, yet, we are in no position to let that happen. Liberty does not start wars, we end them. It was always like this, and will always be like this. There was no word from the government, therefore we should act as we always do. We show force in Galileo but not further. We can't risk entering Kusari's sovereign space and cause a war between our houses until the Liberty Government has decided what to do.

In addition to my initial request, I wouldn't mind knowing your personal opinion on it, considering we might fight side-by-side again like in the past. The Waimea has been deployed to the border. Seems like you won't get rid of me that easily in the near future.
