Firstly let me introduce myself, I am Commander Ricardo Sanchez of the corsair naval Fleet. I am hereby authorized by our Executor Francisco Javier de Creta and the Council to proceed with the talks regarding the peace treaty between our previous executor and your leadership. However there have been many instances where your people have time and again tried to make the mockery out of present terms of the treaty hence I have also been authorized to make all the necessary and favorable changes that will help you and us to remain neutral to our cause.
