Ms. Cahoone,

You're application has been considered as a lateral transfer from the reserves. Given your service record and accomplishments, we would be glad to have you onboard.

You will not yet retain your rank of Commander, but will authorize you to be commissioned as a Lieutenant Commander, until such time as you reacquaint yourself to the duties and responisbilities of Navy life. As such, you will be joining the ranks of one of the finest fleets within our great Republic. There will be officers junior to you in rank that will look up to you for guidance and leadership, so I, along with the rest of the Admiralty, expect great things of you.

Report in to our Headquarters, Norfolk Shipyard, for assignment and familiarization. You'll meet the officers you'll serve alongside and those who will command you and they'll give you a briefing as to duties and expectations of you, now that you are re-assigned to a Primary Fleet of the Liberty Navy. You'll then be taken to the Quartermaster, who will assign you new gear and equipment.
