Greetings Secretary,

All available 5th Fleet assets are being reassigned in accordance with new orders. While our current numbers may be limited, our roster of war veterans and state of the art warships will assist all other Naval and Police assets in the area with defending Liberty's sovereignty and enforce the embargo until Kusari comes to it's senses. We will monitor this and any new channels for updates and coordination with inter-fleet and service communications.
