Do rewards combine on multiply characters on one side/both sides? Are those separated and could they be doubled (NPC kill rewards?)

The rewards are calculated by player contribution, so yes, they do combine. For example, if you kill 337 NPCs as a Royalist, 600 NPCs as a Gaian and 63 NPCs as a Maquis, you yourself would have scored 1000 points.
