SUBJECT: Corsair Spydrone in Alpha

Today (//at 16:30 GMT//) a Spydrone (with the ID "86A0") sent from Planet Crete arrived at Omicron Alpha with the obvious objective of collecting information about the situation in this system, especially about the strength of the local garrison and details about the Maltese defense systems.

I have uploaded a photo of the drone to our database.

Unfortunately, even with united fire power, we were'nt able to destroy the drone because of its high speed and agility. Altogether the drone returned about five or six times within about 15 minutes in order to gain more detailled data. It periodically sent the gathered data to Crete on a long distance frequency. Finally the drone was able to leave Alpha heading towards Gamma again.

We don't now yet what the Corsairs try to achieve with the collected information and what we have to expect in the near future but we hope that the data aren't sufficient to provide the Corsairs a big advantage against us.
