You are correct. The ship only needs to be moved a short distance from Ikarus to Tau-44.

The biggest hurdle will be getting the reactor shielded once again and recalibrating or replacing the damaged Ingenuus Core at the heart of said reactor. At present we can get about 3% reactor power out of her, but it bathes the entire engineering deck in high levels of radiation when powered due to the shielding being stripped away. We estimate we can get approximately 15% if properly shielded and with a new core that percentage goes up to 25%. Power flows from said reactor are also leaking like sieves so this is probably the best we'd get assuming 100% repair efficacy within orbit of Ikarus.

The second hurdle is going to be the strafing thrusters. The original impact of the ship in Beta critically damaged the forward sections of the carrier, leaving many of those thrusters destroyed or damaged beyond repair. Any that are left are so clogged with Dark Matter residue, they might as well not exist at all. Moving through Tau-23 is challenging enough in tight quarters suck as Tau-23 without the ability to strafe around larger asteroids. Cleaning those thrusters would give us more maneuverability through the nebula and the Dark Matter residue could double as a joint research project between the Starfliers and Starlight. Considering the amount of time the Dreamscape spent in both Alberta and Earhart, this could yield interesting and fascinating results.

Finally, we have heard back from the IMG and they are chomping at the bit to help. No doubt the opportunity to work on an Aqulion-class Carrier has them excited even if she has no Zoner components left from our various projects and retrofits over the past six to seven years. They've offered to send out a crew to assist with getting the reactor online and we've discussed our particulars in a return communication but have yet to hear back as of the writing of this reply. Provided they are able to send a team out, I am confident that between the three of our groups, we can get the old girl shepherded to Tau-44 and back on her feet within the year...provided of course the damages aren't completely catastrophic.
