There wasn't really a "reasonable" demand issued to the rescue group at large, given that "2milordai" isn't really a reasonable demand for any cargo of any kind besides ship components or bargefulls' worth of HRC. That said—and this is a personal opinion, as is everything posted in Petitioner Blue rather than Admin Green—, I think your interaction at the mini-event was rules-legal because it's my opinion that these kinds of mini-events can see a bit of a relaxation with regards to various rules for the purpose of allowing dynamic gameplay to emerge.
I just think that an official faction should hold itself to a higher standard above and beyond what the rules require. Unfortunately, the faction rules only require that you respond to sincere feedback, not that you respond in good faith, so the way you just dismiss anyone who criticizes you as not having standing or by quoting dumb memes is technically fine albeit a little bit disappointing, but again, it would be nice to see OFs go above and beyond a bit for the sake of setting an example.
