Greetings.

We are talking about transferring exotic technologies into your hands. Into the hands of those who work in the Omegas, which already exposes you and anyone else transporting Kemver to unnecessary risk. This also includes your mission to fight the Rheinland government.

That is why I submitted a request for you to shed light on all possible details.

We present our version of the deal:

1. Die Rote Front gain access to the Omicron Mu system, to the planet Akabat, for 30 days, from August 13, 835 A.S. to September 13, 835 A.S.
   
2. Die Rote Front gain access to purchase Kemwer Technologies and their subsequent transportation to their stations. List of bases that act as destinations is determined on an individual basis.
   
3. Recommended route for Die Rote Front ships starts from Omega-41 and ends in Omicron Mu in the following way: Omega-41 <-> Omicron Theta <-> Omicron Kappa <-> Omicron Delta <-> Omicron Minor <-> Omicron Delta. Die Rote Front can deviate that route at own risk.
   
4. Die Rote Front undertake to:
   
   4.1. Do not transfer Kemwer Technologies into the hands of third parties, with the exception of the Die Rote Front ships themselves.
   4.2. Provide free passage for the ships of The Order in the Omega worlds for 30 days (August 13 - September 13, 835 A.S.), or to groups and individuals working with The Order. List of groups or individuals working with The Order in Omegas is discussed on an individual basis.
   4.3. Do not engage any ships in Omicron Mu system. Exception: The Core, Artificial intelligence (Gammu AI) as well as Nomads and their sympathisers; Das Wilde, worshippers and the Technocracy.
   4.4. Provide escort to The Order logistic vessels (freighters, frigates and transports only) in Omegas space.
5. Die Rote Front shall have full right to intercept any not Die Rote Front ships carrying Kemwer Technologies in Omegas. Exception: persons or organizations with individual access (notified in advance, discussed individually) to the transportation and ships of The Order ships themselves.
   
6. Die Rote Front may appropriate Kemwer Technologies obtained as a result of actions set out in paragraphs #4.1 and #5 of this agreement, with the corresponding conditions.
   
7. Die Rote Front have the right to transport other resources to Omicron Mu, on the planet Akabat, such as Gold and Diamonds. The amount of resources supplied is determined by the Die Rote Front side.
   
8. While agreement is actual, The Order undertake to:
   
   8.1. Observe the current laws dictated by Die Rote Front in Omegas (if absent, discussed on an individual basis).
   8.2. Support Die Rote Front in operations against The Core, Artificial intelligence (Gammu AI) as well as Nomads and their sympathisers; Das Wilde, worshippers and the Technocracy.
   8.3. Provide support to Die Rote Front against Rheinland forces (MND, RM) operating in Omegas.
   8.4. Provide support to Die Rote Front against Kemwer Technologies/Nomad remains smugglers in Omegas.
   8.5. Provide escort to Die Rote Front ships with Kemwer Technologies onboard (freighters, frigates and transports only).
   8.6. Use combat ships in Omegas not higher than gunboat (Light Fighters, Heavy Fighters, Very Heavy Fighters, Bombers, Freighters, Gunboats).

The length of the contract is justified by the trial period. Testing the waters and discussing controversial points can strengthen our cooperation in the long term. Let me know what you are not satisfied with in this contract or give your consent to these terms.

If you agree, then we will send your consent and all points to the Order of Overwatch, and they will inform here about the provision of access.
