Greetings.

I'm Brent Allinson, COO of Starcat Holdings.

We are working on a project out of Tau-23 and have reached out to ask fine corporations like yours to assist in the logistical operations needed to bring the project to fruition. Our crews are currently hard at work beginning construction on an installation in the Tau Corridor, and would appreciate assistance in this matter. As such we are opening up bidding to those who have recieved this message.

The details of this contract are as follows:

Your corporation shall fulfill deliveries to the jobsite by no later than 14 days after the initiation of the contract - this is a simple 'point A to point B' job, wherein rebates shall be rendered pro rata to individual contributions, along with a going base rate for labor per unit of materiel shipped. The base in question is in Tau-23, and most of the sources of materiel are in the local area, either within Kusari space, Bretonian Space or in the Tau Corridor proper. We advise that if possible for your corporations, that a large cargo hauler that is capable of reasonable maneuverability through dense asteroid fields be employed on these logistical runs.

The materiel needed are:

10,000 Hull Panels
25,000 Industrial Materials
10,000 Robotics
10,000 Basic Alloy
10,000 Super Alloy
10,000 Titanium
10,000 Construction Machinery
5,000 Nanocapacitors
5,000 Optronics

We may undertake some of these ourselves during the bidding process as to lower cost if we deem it necessary to fulfill the project requirements.

We may, depending on the results of this contract, open further contracts to bidding.
