Story/Biography: Otto was born on planet Hamburg in 790 A.S. year among a family of ordinary workers who worked at
factory with name "Hevel" producing energy cells for Rhineland warships. He lived with his family in a two-room apartment on outskirts of city near factory, together with his grandmother and grandfather. There was enough money to provide for young Otto, but for this his parents had to spend most of their time at the factory, while he spent most of his time with his grandparents, sometimes with aunts and uncles, which is why he saw his parents only at night.
His grandparents actively moralized Otto, promoting certain thoughts about supporting the government in his head, while his parents simply did not pay much attention to this, being raised in a similar way themselves and was busy with work. All this affected his upbringing, he actively supported government forces in all conflicts, including when they suppressed the discontent of the workers, until such cases affected his family and him personally. Imperials, Republicans or Federals, he didn't care who ran the country, he noticed the pros and cons of all of them, even though he wasn't mature enough to do so.
After finishing school in 808 A.S. year , he immediately went to work at factory where worked his parents to help save money for the family's needs. He only managed to work for a year before the Republicans launched their famous projects to produce more high-tech components in 809 A.S. year, and accordingly, subsidies and state aid were allocated for them more actively. As a result of the reduction of jobs at the factory and the curtailment of funding, Otto was fired, while his parents, due to their many years of service, managed to keep their jobs.
Such decisions gave rise to unrest and an increase in security and crime on the planet, that every day you could see former workers robbing someone to feed their families. During this period, while trying to find a new job, Otto began to think that he, like many others, could simply be replaced without caring about their fate, as the men in suits at the top decided. This allowed him to at least begin to take an interest in the activities of revolutionaries such as Unioners, Bundschuh and Red Hessians.
Since 809, Otto worked as a deliverer of various goods from one system to another. In other words, he transported goods by managing frigates and then transport trains, making notes in his PDA about routes, contacts of different people and pricing policies. He had an entrepreneurial spirit and actively used any opportunity to get more information or make connections. This, of course, did not bring great success, however, he made some connections in the security forces who sometimes turned a blind eye to his smuggling, of course for a certain percentage.
During the civil war of 827 A.S. year, he only watched and did not participate in any demonstrations, since he had to work to help provide for his parents. The results, however, only convinced him more of the worthless of government structures. Despite his activities, there was still not enough money, since smuggling was too risky an occupation, and besides, pirates had repeatedly crossed his path, probably the same people from the security forces selling information about his movements. Convinced that it's no longer continue like that, he stop cooperate with them and break every single connection with not worth people to work. However he still remain some trustful police contacts just for reason.
In present days, when his parents had already died of old age and diseases received from working with toxic elements at the factory, Otto can't make his own family still. Otto decided that he had nothing to lose and could be useful to some groups according his experience. The choice fell on the Red Hessians, since of all the other criminal groups, they had a chance for full development and louder declared themselves and their achievements than the others.
