The invitation for bids is an offer for the guild and other invited parties to make an bid on what it would cost to fufill the contract - both to compensate for materiel purchases, and pay for services rendered by the guild.

To our understanding, materiel cost alone will be approximately around the 3.6 Million credit range. Since the Guild insists we provide more information, I shall oblige and state that our general budget for this is approximately 10,000,000 credits. However, as since profit regrettably is the name of the game, we're looking for those who can either do it in the quickest fashion, or do so for a modest cost on top of the material procurement costs. We intend to pay costs of materials and for services rendered on a per-unit shipped basis.

This is where the guild and other parties must give us the amount they would be willing to do the job for. For instance, a 1:1 payment scheme? Where we have a contract payment 'pool' of 7.2 Million credits for example - where for the cost of every unit of materiel acquired, the guild member responsible is not just recieving a rebate, but also compensated the same amount for services rendered? Something more? Mayhaps a bit less?

Let me know when you or your superiors have decided on a bid to submit.
