We are aware that your proposed construction in Tau-23 has not been approved by the Independent Mining Guild. IMG has engaged vessels who operate in the Niobium market against them before. IMG has engaged installations who do not operate with their permission in the Niobium market before. That market is one of the few reasons to place installations in that system, and would be the assumed as your reason. This contract would place Bristol employees into the line of danger as it stands now.
