[Systems] Game crash when undocking from station/planet in Gallia

Bug: Game crashes after undocking in station/planet in Gallia

Reproduction Steps:

• Create new char with start in Gallia (for example gacorpidf)
  
• Go to space from starting planet
  
• Additionaly, any station/planet in Gallia might crash when trying to undock
  

Additional Information: Happens about 80% of time, few times this didn't happen, but crashes are prevalent. Not reproducible outside Gallia
