Welcome back fleet commander A. S. Lopez, I am Commander Ricardo Sanchez of the corsair naval Fleet. I am currently authorized and stationed in Deterrence Sanctum by the orders of our executor as the Commanding Administration and in charge of the base upgrades and enginnering.
Firstly many many congratulations on the successful execution of Operation Shadowfall and your safe returns. Our Elders will be pleased by your actions and reports. Now that the formalities are done let me come to the point. As you are aware after the fall of Reincarnation in Delta, our elders have already taken actions in protecting all our remaining assets all around our borders, which is one of the reasons for me to be here.
I have been autorized to initiate Operation "Fortress Rising". The main agenda of this operation is to upgrade the Sanctum's stations and Defenses with the help of Reincarnation engineers. Good News is all the engineers are succesfully transported from Delos to sanctum which was the easy part. However building the upgrades require a lot of time and the materials, this is where we want you. We want you to coordinate with the Logistics commander and use any means necessary to gather all the required materials for the upgrades of the base.
Beware that even though the details of the operation are classified our enemies are not gonna let our ships move freely with such valuable materials, that is why i am assigning you with great faith in your skills and charms.
NOTE: The details of the required materials will be provided by the Logistics officer in the Admin Wing, while you are at it help yourself and your crew with our sanctum's finest Rum on me as a reward for your success.
