"Despite the rapidly developing events in Pennsylvania forcing me to redirect my efforts, the project continues. I decided to take up the offer of assistance from the Technocracy representative, as well as request additional materials from the ALG. The latter will obviously take some time to collect, but at least they will help me maintain my new fighter in the future."

"In order to make the Technocracy's kind assistance most effective, I have fully installed one of the smaller Lachesis cores on the Sawback. Now, as with the Defender, Lachesis will not only be able to direct the ship's movement, but also engage in combat if necessary. Lachesis, status?"

"Core functionality confirmed. Full access to ship systems. Connection to main core not required for operation."

"Well, then. I think the three of us can see this through to the end."

"Oh, and a note for the future. It seems one Freelancer is willing to help me with further efforts concerning the Core tech, in exchange for my help with his own Defender. Worth noting here."
