Bug: When turning off Borderless full screen mouse is still locked to windowin windowed mode

Reproduction Steps:

Disable borderless mode
Enter windowed mode
Mouse is still locked to screen and you have alt + tab or windows key to get out of it
Additionally even after restarting the game and launching in windowed mode, this issue still persists.
