The Conclave has plans to send out periodic convoys to Sigma-59 to re-establish its own businesses and revive the distributors on Kamakura. The artifacts will be stockpiled on base before they are moved into Kusari markets. Corsair movement could attract some unwanted problems so while we are going with our plan, you keep us informed and be our early warning.

Your pilots and agents can gather information in the Kusari Police and Navy. We're interested in how their relations with Liberty is going and any mentions of the Corsairos or our operation here. If they intend to move to us or send patrols to stop the convoys, you must inform us to avoid them seizing the cargo. The GMG and Bounty Hunters work with Kusari, so we will watch out for them as well.

After our convoys have done their jobs, a share of the profits will be wired directly to your Alliance depending on how well we perform. Kusari will need these artifacts soon to have an edge against Liberty, but its people are still wary of them. That need will bring us great profits and will remind Kusari we can provide for them, if they can work for us.
