Zis behavior is unacceptable and it will lead again to a fine according to §7.10..

Before I can furzer process your initial request, please provide ze proof of transfer of:

500.000 sc as quarterly fee to Rheinland.Treasury.2
333.333 sc as overdrawn fine to KPR|Bounty.Board

After you submitted ze above mentioned, necessary requirements, I'll send you ze respective questionary.
