All characters who used the event restart and managed to reach Planet Gran Canaria will retain the mysterious alien artifact attached to their hull. Hang onto it or sell it to the highest bidder, but know that it has only begun to display its full potential. (All those who completed the event get to retain the unique commodity, which will be used in future events and story beats).
The hull metal around the artifact seems to have warped into a wholly different element, rarely seen before in the industries of Sirius. After brief investigation, it has been confirmed that an abundant new source of Osmium may be found in the far reaches of the Omega systems. (All those who completed the event get some Osmium and other "byproducts", new Deep Omegas commodities used in various current and future crafting recipes).
No action is needed on your end, the rewards will be added to all eligible ships in the coming ~week.
Fleet Simulation - Royal Flush
Admiral Sanders has been quoted to be "generally satisfied" with the exercise, and has instructed his staff to provide remuneration to those officers and enlisted volunteering their sacred flight time towards this endeavor. (All participants will be able to choose from a list of rewards depending on their total points scored.)
Please sum up your earned points and select a reward from a list below. You may combine points with any amount of players for a better reward, but make sure everyone involved agrees.
Respond with the characters you played, your total points scored, which reward(s) you want, and where to put them.
Conn Catchup
Igiss and the rest of the server were surely impressed by the amount and variety of player characters who joined in the reunion. To commemorate the occasion, all involved will be given something to remember it by. (All players who joined in conn or one of the Sirius tours are eligible for a 20th anniversary forum title and a 20th anniversary holo roundel [currently for fighters only].)
The variety of ships seen during the catch-up was truly staggering, but not all of them were truly unique, despite discovery's wide array of options. Those who made the extra effort to bring some rarely-seen eye-candy will earn additional prizes. (All players who logged a previously unseen ship before anyone else will be eligible for a "full makeover" of a ship of their choosing. This means lights, contrails, engines - anything within current mechanical limitations).
To claim the title and the roundel, simply reply in this thread with any shred of proof that you were there for the occasion (but to be perfectly honest, we're in a trusting mood right now). I will be reaching out to those eligible for the unique ship prize in the coming weeks - no further action is needed on their part for now.
