Nicolás Diego & Deterrence Network - Heavily encrypted
Buenos dias Mr. Diego,
It is a relief to hear from you - I am glad to know that you are safe.
I must reiterate my apology for my earlier assumption. The responsibilities I carry are significant, and sometimes in the midst of everything, wires can get crossed.
Deterrence command has accepted your resignation, and we sincerely wish you all the best with a future that is hopefully less demanding.
When I spoke with the Executor, he asked me to pass along his kindest regards to you.
That said, I believe you may be operating under a few misconceptions about the current situation. Since you have resigned your position and even before that,
your position within Deterrence seems to need some clarification:
My rank and the nature of my assignment from the Executor dictate the chain of command. The expectation is that you would report to me, not the other way around.
You mentioned a complaint regarding a commander's lack of respect. I have reviewed our logs, and I can find no official record of such an incident.
I can assure you, the security of our project is absolute. The personal guard I personally selected from my own and the Executor's detail are stationed at the Deterrence Sanctum,
and it is impossible that our work has been compromised.
With all sincerity, I wish you the very best in your future endeavors within Deterrence.
I hope you find peace and satisfaction in your new role.
We appreciate you reaching out with your kind offer to help.
At this time, the project is already fully staffed with all the necessary personnel.
While we must decline your request,
I am truly grateful for your willingness to contribute to our efforts.
I will be sure to keep you in mind for the future.
