"We at the Platform have sufficiently extensive black market capabilities in Rheinland to be able to provide you with the supplies you might need. Be it tools, essentials, or weapons. We are also able to assist you with precision strikes against our common enemies, especially behind the front lines, as well as providing sanctuary for your forces within Rheinland."

"What we currently lack is a combat vessel capable of rapid deployment and independent operation far from our territory. While our Hel-class cruisers and Oder-class gunboats pose a formidable threat to our enemies closer to home, we require a more mobile and advanced reconnaissance solution. After extensive analysis, we have concluded that one of the best options for this would be a Typhoon-class destroyer. Do you have the ability to provide us with one? I realize this is a tall order, so I would like to clarify that the vessel does not necessarily have to be combat-ready; we can handle repairs for a heavily damaged ship."
